DIE WOHNUNG: ist modern und hat eine wunderschöne und geräumige Küche und ein separates Wohnzimmer. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig. Der Wohnraum ist sehr gemütlich und das Schlafzimmer ist auch groß. Bilder können auf Anfrage gesendet werden!
Um einen reibungslosen Übergang von meinem Mietvertrag zu Ihrem zu gewährleisten, ist es wichtig, dass Sie einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz haben und ein relativ gutes Gehalt verdienen (gemäß der Anfrage des Vermieters).
ICH SUCHE EINE WOHNUNG, die kleiner und günstiger ist und einigermaßen zentral liegt. Mein ultimativer Traumstandort wäre eine Wohnung in der Nähe der Isar und mehr im Süden von München!

I AM LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT: that is smaller and cheaper, with a reasonably central location. My ultimate dream location would be an apartment close to the isar and more in the south of munich!
