I am offering a beautiful 3.0 ground-floor apartment in exchange for a larger one. Our apartment is located on Schweighofstrasse, just 1 minute from the tram 14 and 5 minutes from the tram 9. The apartment has two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom of 18m² and a smaller one, suitable as a children's room or office. It features a large living room with a new kitchen (induction stove, Siemens appliances). The bathroom includes a bathtub and a brand-new washing tower. The entire apartment was renovated in 2018, and the flooring is parquet. The rent for our apartment is 2,460 CHF per month, including service charges. With the arrival of our first child, we need more space and are looking for at least a 4.5-room apartment in Thalwil, Rüschlikon, Kilchberg, Wollishofen, Zollikon, or Küsnacht. Our ideal apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an in-unit washing tower. A parking space would be a plus. Ideally, we are looking for a rent not exceeding 4,000 CHF.
