Hallo!
Ich suche jemanden, der meine Wohnung in Potsdam-Golm übernimmt, da ich wegen meines Studiums ein Apartment in Berlin suche.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Wohnheim „The Twenty“, in einer ruhigen und gut angebundenen Lage. Nur wenige Minuten zur Universität Potsdam (Campus Golm), REWE, Bushaltestellen und dem Bahnhof Golm.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert: großes Bett mit Matratze, großer Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, kleiner Tisch und zwei Stühle. Es gibt auch sichere Fahrradstellplätze. Die Warmmiete beinhaltet alle Kosten, inklusive Internet.
Mein aktueller Mietvertrag läuft ein Jahr. Er hat im Mai 2025 begonnen und endet am 1. Mai 2026.

Hi!
I’m looking for someone to take over my apartment in Potsdam-Golm, as I’m searching for a place in Berlin due to my studies.
The apartment is in the student residence “The Twenty”, located in a quiet and well-connected area. Just a few minutes from the University of Potsdam (Campus Golm), REWE supermarket, bus stops, and Golm train station.
The room is fully furnished: large bed with mattress, big desk, wardrobe, small table, and two chairs. There are also secure bike parking spaces. The monthly rent is all-inclusive, including internet.
My current contract is for one year. It started in May 2025 and ends on May 1st, 2026.
