Moderner Altbau in Köln gegen Wohnung in Berlin

Me and my Partner Trevor are looking for a new home in Berlin. Part of our appartment has a very industrial look, due to concrete cealings. The other part is Altbau and has high cealings as well. An eyechater is also the brickwall in the bedroom. We would love it if you take over the kitchen and Balkony Furniture (as we build it in to fit perfectly). And if you´d like we leave you our wardrobe (also build in to fit) and the bed (build super low so it doesn´t take away from the big window) If you are a nice person you can probably make friends with the squirrels on the balcony :)
