Would like to exchange a large apartment for a cozy one

I currently live at Eschersheimer Landstraße , Dornbusch in a 3 zimmer apartment with 87 sqm2 and a fully fitted kitchen. I would like to move into a cozy and smaller apartment as due to financial Constraints would like to swap for a smaller apartment.
