Large 3 room with back patio, centrally located in Frankfurt

I would like to swap my large 3 room flat with patio and balcony, in central Frankfurt for a flat in Berlin. The living area is spacious and bright in a vibrant neighborhood, 5 minutes walking to everything you could need and U/Sbahn lines.
