Sunny spacious single flat in a quiet Gartenhaus Tempelhofs

I moved into this flat last year and it's a pleasure living here. However, I noticed my wish to move with a few friends of mine and looking for an option bigger. The flat: It's freshly renovated, modern, clean and very quiet. The house is in the backyard, facing the south side and an inner garden. The balcony is a refuge from a noisy city life. For someone who values quietness while still being connected to the city. The area: Tempelhofer Hafen It's a quiet area, nearby all the necessary shops like Bio company, LPG and edeka, dm & Lidl, a large clean mall. There are numerous parks and spaces to run along a quiet and friendly kanal, amazing coffee roastery (Kaffekirsche) and a library nearby. I love this area - it's a hidden gem, where the streets are clean, beautiful and yet uncrowded. Very well connected to the U bahn (U Kaiserin-Augusta str). The landlord is a small Firma, not a big company. Friendly and good communication so far. If you have more questions - don't hesitate to ask. Looking for: A large space for 2-4 people to co-live in a consious, respectful and orderly manner. We all are working with the body (somatic therapists, movement educators) and value quietness, privacy and beauty around. Price depends on the total amount of people possible to move in - average wish is 300-600 euros per person per month.
