Bright and spacious flat with 2 large rooms plus an additional third room that can be used as a home office, guest room, or storage space.
The landlord is very low-maintenance and only comes once a year for about 3 days and stays in third small room. I’ve lived here for 3 years and have never had any issues — it’s been a smooth and comfortable experience so someone thats open to that would be great- its worth it for the space and flat you get, he lives in Lisbon.
I’m only moving because I’m downsizing, as the flat is too expensive for me to afford on my own. It´s 1500 but all inclusive :) I would only take the washing machine and furniture in my room.
Important: The flat is perfect for one person only, as only one person can officially register at the address. Im not in a rush but would like to find something cute!
