Wir bieten unsere schöne 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung mit hohen Stuckdecken in einer ruhigen Ecke von Mitte zum Tausch an. Die Lage zwischen Rosenthaler Platz und Nordbahnhof ist super zentral. In weniger als 5 Minuten ist man bei U-Bahn, S-Bahn (1,2,25) oder Tram (M1,M8, 12). Die Nachbarschaft ist lebendig und hat viele tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Parks.
Die Wohnung selbst hat zwei große, helle Zimmer: eins mit ca. 17 qm und das andere mit ca. 22 qm, beide mit Fenstern nach Westen, sodass man hier immer schönes Licht hat. Der Erker, die separate Küche und das Bad machen sie besonders gemütlich. Durch den kleinen Flur und die hohen Decken wirkt alles noch großzügiger, als man es von der Quadratmeterzahl her erwarten würde.
Wir haben uns hier in der Wohnung und im Haus immer sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Kellerraum gehört auch dazu.
Die Hausverwaltung hat einem Wohnungstausch schon grundsätzlich zugestimmt, sobald alle Standardnachweise vorliegen.
Wir selbst suchen eine größere Wohnung, idealerweise mit mindestens 4 Zimmern und mindestens 100 Quadratmetern.

We’re swapping our lovely 2-room Altbau apartment with high ceilings in a quiet spot in Mitte. It’s right between Rosenthaler Platz and Nordbahnhof, so super central while being quiet and homey. In less than 5 minutes, you can be at the U-Bahn, S-Bahn (1, 2, 25) or tram (M1,M8,12). The neighborhood is lively with lots of great restaurants, cafés and parks.
The apartment itself has two large, bright rooms: one about 17 sqm and the other around 22 sqm, both with west-facing windows that let in lots of light :)
The bay window, separate kitchen and bathroom make it especially cozy. With the small hallway and high ceilings, it feels even more spacious than the square footage suggests.
We’ve always felt really comfortable here, both in the apartment and the neighborhood. There’s also a basement storage room.
The building management has already agreed to a flat swap once the standard documents are in place.
We’re looking for a bigger place, ideally with at least 4 rooms and 100 square meters.
