Minimum 35 m² Wohnung in Berlin, center area

I am looking for apartment bigger than 35 m², warm-rent under 1000euro, but also flexible +200 if I like the apartment. My name is GaYoon from Seoul, South Korea. I am a quiet, responsible, and tidy person. I am looking for a long-term home for myself only. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker and do not have any pets. Regarding financial matters, my rent and living expenses are fully secured by my bank savings. I have regular income approx 3000 euro from Korea every month which covers the rent. I don't have regular income from German yet but I am financially stable and completely capable of fulfilling all rental commitments on time.(I will provide bank document ) If necessary, I am also more than happy to pay a few months of rent upfront. To make the process as seamless as possible, all of my application documents are fully prepared and ready for your review, including: -Copy of Passport / ID -Proof of Savings & Bank Statements (Financial Guarantee) -SCHUFA Credit Report -Proof of No Rental Arrears (Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung) I am flexible and available for a viewing at your earliest convenience, either in person or online. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I look forward to the opportunity of hearing from you. Best regards, GaYoon Han
