Perfekt für Stadtliebhaber in Frankfurt Süd

Hi there, I am currently looking for an apartment in Frankfurt and came across your listing and interested in the property. I’m a diplomat, single and just started my duty in the General Consulate of the Republic of Türkiye in Frankfurt, having a monthly income of approximately 7.000€. When there is a need any specific documents or proof of income or etc. I would of course be happy to provide them. What are your requirements for tenants, and what are the next steps in the process? I would be pleased to view the apartment. If an appointment is possible, appreciate a brief response.
