Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf: 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, 55 m²

Hi everyone! I’m looking to exchange my 2 room apartment in Charlottenburg. It features a renovated bathroom and basic kitchen amenities like stove and sink. The apartment is right in front of the S and U bahn station, as well as bus stations. You can get to shopping centers like Wihlmesdofer straße in like 10min by u bahn, and by bus 20min till super fancy part of Charlotenbourg aka Kurfürstendamm. Please note that these pictures were taken when I just moved in, therefore you don’t see any furniture in the apartment. I do it so you can imagine yourself what and where to put. The apartment is really fresh, only 1,5 years after renovation and i’m the first tenant to live in. I’m looking for a place that has nice connectivity to the city, within ringbahn or at least close to the train station. The size doesn’t really matter, but ideally i would go for minimum 40 square meters. A must thing for me would be to exchange the Kautions! The area is really nice, I would love to keep living here but I need a more affordable option, therefore i’m open for any suggestions :)
