Tolle 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Oldenburg

Hello Berlin! Looking for a change of pace, peace, and affordable rent? I am offering my beautiful, bright 3-room apartment (60 m²) in the popular Wechloy district of Oldenburg, and I’m looking to swap for an apartment in Berlin with at least 3 rooms. What my Oldenburg apartment (Nobelstraße) offers: Great Layout: 3 well-proportioned rooms—perfect for singles, couples, or a flatshare (WG). The Highlights: A cozy balcony for warm summer evenings and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub for relaxing. Top Location: The university is just around the corner. The area is perfectly connected to transit, yet pleasantly quiet and surrounded by green spaces. Shops and nature are just a few minutes away. What I am looking for in Berlin: I need a flat with at least 3 rooms. I am flexible with neighborhoods as long as there is good public transit access. Looking forward to hearing from you and checking out your swap offers!
