Die Straße ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn sind sehr respektvoll und nett. Die Schönholzer Heide, der Bürgerpark Pankow und der Kinderbauernhof „Pinke Panke“ sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Hausotter-Grundschule befindet sich am Ende der Straße, zusammen mit dem Familienzentrum „Kreativ Fabrik“.
Vermieter ist die HWS, eine evangelische Wohnungsbaugesellschaft. Obwohl es ist nicht um eine landseigene Wohnung, richten sich unsere Mieterhöhungen nach den Landesgesetzen und sind bisher minimal ausgefallen. Bei Reparaturen war die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Unternehmen unkompliziert.
Wir suchen eine 3+ Zi Wohnung für unsere wachsende Familie mit mindestens 85 m². Idealerweise möchten wir zurück nach Moabit oder Wedding ziehen, sind aber auch offen für Angebote aus anderen Stadtteilen. Idealweise Max 1.100 Kalt. It stays cool here in the summer, and is easy to heat in the winter. Although it’s on the ground floor, the apartment is elevated, and the street is very quiet. Thanks to the south-facing balcony and bedroom, the apartment is flooded with light especially in the winter. Possible private parking space. Gesamt miete: 559,45 EUR.
The street is quiet and the neighbors are nice. The Schönholzer Heide forest, Bürgerpark Pankow, and Pinke Panke kinderbauernhof are also within walking distance. The Hausotter Grundschule is at the end of the street, along with the Kreativ Fabrik Familenzentrum.
This would be a great apartment for someone who wants to save money, prefers to live closer to the ground floor (only 4 steps up the stairs!), wants to live in a green setting with quiet yet friendly neighbors, and at the same time values excellent public transportation access. The owner is HWS, an Evangelical housing association. While it’s not a state-owned company, our rent increases follow state laws and have been minimal or non existent so far across 3 years of living here. When it comes to repairs or maintenance, working with the company has been fairly straightforward.
