1 room apartment on Weserstr. for 2 room apartment

Dear apartment exchange seekers, a cozy one-room apartment on Weserstr, Kreuzkölln, is available for exchange, featuring a quiet location on the 1st floor of the rear building. South facing windows with beautiful light during the day, even though they face the back yard. Despite the vibrant surroundings, you will enjoy a pleasant sense of peace. The potential apartment exchange has already been agreed with the landlord. The warm rent is 638 euros. Dogs are allowed. The location offers a lively atmosphere, with a mix of trendy bars, restaurants, green parks, and shops, all within walking distance. Quick access to central locations. Closest subway: U Karl-Marx-Straße (U7), closest S-Bahn: S Sonnenallee. I am exchanging this apartment for a 2 room or 1.5 room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. I am looking forward to your messages. I don't have a Pro account.
