2 Zimmer Au-Haidhausen - Obergiesing

We are couple looking a bigger apartment to exchange with our beautiful apartment of 51m2. It has sbahn, ubahn and tram in less than 3 minutes away. Our bright apartment has a big living room, bedroom, kitchen with all appliances, and bathroom. All rooms have windows. Included also a parking spot in the garage and keller. Located on the third floor, there is an elevator. There are restaurants, bars, and café close by, and its still quiet and nice. Located 3/4 minutes away by bike from the Isar/Fraunhoferstraße and close to Ostbahnhof/Rosenheimerplatz too. We are looking for a bigger and pet-friendly house hold, garage and balcony would be nice to have. We are looking for 3 rooms, ideally around 75m2 or near the Isar.
