Apartment features include: washing machine connection, elevator, balcony, a small in-unit storage room, separate kitchen, spacious bedroom and living room, and plenty of sunlight throughout the day. It is ideally located with access to Tram 18, Bus 54, the U2 line, and S-Bahn lines S3 & S5. In exchange, we are looking for an apartment in Munich with a maximum rent of €2,000, at least two rooms, and a minimum size of 70 m². Desired features: in-unit washing machine connection, elevator, balcony, sunny south-facing aspect, separate kitchen, and a quiet living environment; proximity to the U2 line is preferred, though closeness to other metro lines is also an advantage.
