Suche 3 Zi bis 1500€ warm, biete 2 Zi 1144€ warm, Süd

Hi, My boyfriend and I are looking for a new flat around Süd, Sülz, Ehrenfeld, or Nippes. We are mostly looking for a flat with 3 rooms, a separate kitchen, and preferably with a balcony, even if smaller (but not mandatory). About 70m2 or bigger and not more than 1500€ warm. In exchange, we have a similar apartment in the Süd area, very close to Volksgarten. 2 rooms, wood floors, renovated kitchen and toilet, with a balcony and sun all day. It is 66m2 and 1144€ with Nebenkosten included. Only electricity and internet are extra. We would like to sell the kitchen for 1500€ (including fridge, stove, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher). I can send photos upon request. We are flexible on moving dates since we are not in a rush. Feel free to send us your questions and get in touch.
