Zwischenmieter gesucht - Wohnung Neustadt

Hallo Wohnungs-Suchende(r), ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für den Zeitraum von Mitte/Ende März 2027 bis max. Mitte/Ende Mai 2028. --> ich suche ausdrücklich keine andere/neue Wohnung im Tausch für diesen Zeitraum!!! (lässt sich leider im Profil nicht umstellen.) Eine Kaution ist zu hinterlegen, beträgt 3.000€. Zuzüglich kommen noch Kosten für Strom (35€/Monat - Abrechnung nach Verbrauch, GEZ = 19€/monatlich und Internet = 45€/monatlich). Über die Nebenkosten werden bereits anteilige Vorauszahlungen für Heizung und Wasser abgegolten, aber werden dann nach Auszug mit dem korrekten Verbrauch abgerechnet/gegengerechnet. Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Stadtteil der Dresdner Neustadt. Ich möchte die Wohnung, so wie sie ist, gern in liebevolle Hände geben. Also die komplette Einrichtung inkl. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer usw. - für den abgestimmten Zeitraum. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, Flur, Bad mit Badewanne und Küche mit Balkon. Ein Fernseher ist vorhanden, läuft aber nur via Internet und Amazon Fire TV Stick. Alle Streaming Plattformen sind als App wählbar. Ein eigener Account wäre notwendig. Raucher möchte ich bitten den Balkon zu nutzen, denn das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erlaubt. Partys in der Wohnung sind nicht erlaubt. HINWEIS: in der Zeit der Miete wird keinerlei Reinigung der Wohnung angeboten. The apartment is located in the popular Neustadt district of Dresden. I’d like to pass the apartment on, just as it is, to someone who will take good care of it. This includes all furnishings—such as the washing machine, dishwasher, living room, bedroom, etc.—for the agreed-upon period. The apartment features a living room, a bedroom, a hallway, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a kitchen with a balcony. A TV is available, but it only works via the internet and an Amazon Fire TV Stick. All streaming platforms are available as apps. You’ll need your own account. I ask that smokers use the balcony, as smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
