Biete Dachgeschosswohnung Winsviertel 70qm 890€ warm

Lg Jan-Philipp English: I would like to move out of my attic flat and stay in the area. It is important to me that the new flat has a balcony or garden/terrace. But I am flexible. Three or four rooms would be great. About my flat: I have installed a new, modern Ringhult kitchen. The picture of the kitchen is out of date. I have replaced the entire floor in all rooms with imitation oak for €3,000. Except for the bathroom, where the floor is covered with black stone tiles. Best regards, Jan-Philipp
