Very spacious 3.5-rooms flat close to Bahnhof Wiedikon. Modern and bright. One big living room with kitchen (loft-style), can be segmented in 2 or 3 areas (eg. as currently: kitchen+dining, couch/tv, lounge). 2 additional identical rooms. 1 big bathroom. 1 guest wc with washer & dryer. Extremely likeable neighbours. Never had any issue in 15 years. I want to reduce space and cost due to change of personal situation.
