One big living room (loft-style) with kitchen (dish washer), can be segmented in 2 or 3 areas (eg. as currently: kitchen+dining, couch/tv, lounge). 2 additional identical rooms. 1 big bathroom. 1 guest wc with washer & dryer. Extremely likeable neighbours. Never had any issue in 15 years. I want to reduce space and cost due to change of personal situation.
