Zürich Kreis 2: Schöne Wohnung mit 3.5 Zimmern

We are currently living in Zurich Enge (tram stop Tunnelstrasse) in a 3.5 apartment. It’s a last floor apartment, it has 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a fireplace and a balcony with a great uninterrupted view of Uetliberg. The apartment has also a big living room, is 10 minutes walk from the lake, and is super well connected ( 5 minutes walk to Bahnhof Enge, and 1 minute walk to the tram stop). As we welcomed our first kid to the world this year we decided to look for something bigger with an extra room (4.5) and a bit more square meters. At the same time we were informed that the apartment will be renovated in February. Kitchen and bathrooms will be made completely new. The real estate agency is not kicking anyone out but will provide amenities to ensure you can live in the flat for the time of the renovation. We decided however to search a bit more actively and move out. Even if for us a renovation would be ok, it could be very difficult for a baby. Current rent is around 3346.5 and will increase by 500 CHF after the renovation.
