Hi, we are currently in a 3.5 in Neuoerlikon and are looking to swap for a 4.5, 5.5, or even 6.5 in the Oerlikon area. We are a family of 4 and would prefer a newer (or at least newly renovated building) with at least 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer in the unit.
