Apartment Switch: 3.5 for a 2-2.5

Hi Everyone, due to a change in my personal life, i'm looking for a smaller place to call my new home, and looking for an apartment switch. About my current place: Located at the 4th floor (no lift), this 3.5 apartment is amazing. Super bright open spaces, big leaving room with a fire place, and has a big top floor (loft style), with the view of the Alpes, which is perfect for an office, or a spare bedroom. It has a very cool modern design and location is great: it's at 8006 Zurich- 20 mins walking to HB, and with trams 11 and 14, it's only 7 mins. Also only 10 mins walking distance from Letten. New place: 2 rooms at least, rent between 2-2.500 and ideally in Zurich, Oerlikon, Dübendorf, and with good public transport connection. Furniture: I bought most of the furniture 2 years ago, so ideally we can have a deal to exchange for yours and/or sell it for a reasonable price.
