Ich tausche meine helle, super zentral gelegene 2-Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon im 4. Stock gegen eine Wohnung mit mindestens 3 Zimmern und Balkon im Kreis 1 oder 6. Idealerweise liegt deine Wohnung nahe des Hauptbahnhofs/ETH/Universitätsspital. Miete sollte maximal ca. 2800.- sein. Zeitpunkt des Wohnungstauschs ist grundsätzlich flexibel, sollte aber vor September sein.
