Flat is composed by corridors, Toilet, big bathroom, wardrobe room, bedroom (16m2), living room (20 m2) & kitchen, storage room.
Hitting is autonomous and all in all, I pay approximately 150 for the utilities. Consider that we live with a child and we always maintain 22 degrees in the flat if not more.
Additionally, Its been 5 years that we live in this flat. we were the first one after it was renovated totally! flat is in a great condition! Exterior and interior of the building has been renovated 4 years ago.
I am looking for a bigger flat within 1200 Euro.
