3-Zimmer-Flat in München zur Miete gesucht

Hey everyone! We are offering our bright and fully renovated two-room apartment on Dreimühlenstraße, in Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt. The apartment is 65 m², receives plenty of natural light, and has a comfortable, well-designed layout. The location is one of the things we love most about our home. The apartment is right next to the Isar, perfect for walks, running, or relaxing by the river. It is also very well connected by public transport, with a supermarket, pharmacy, cafés, and other everyday amenities just a few minutes away on foot. The building has a shared backyard with a wooden deck where residents can barbecue and spend time together. Our neighbors are extremely friendly, and there is a lovely sense of community in the building. :) The monthly base rent is €1,550, plus approximately €350 in additional costs. We genuinely love both the apartment and the neighborhood and would be very happy to stay in the same area. However, since we recently welcomed our daughter, we are now looking for a home with one additional room to give our family a little more space. Ideally, we are looking for a three-room apartment in Dreimühlenviertel, Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt, or the surrounding area. We would be happy to share more information, photos, and the exact location privately. Since I am still learning German, communication in English would be preferred.
