There are restaurants, bars, and café close by, and its still quiet and nice. Located 10 minutes away from the Isar/Fraunhoferstraße and close to Ostbahnhof too. We are looking for a bigger and pet-friendly house hold, garage and balcony would be nice to have. A small garden would be amazing. We are looking for minimum 60m2, near ubahn or sbahn!
