Nice two apartments in front of Neckarwiese

We offer two small apartments (opposite each other) on the 5th floor of a nice and very friendly building. These are the only two apartments on the 5th floor, and you can easily go from one to the other. The total cold rent covers both apartments. There is no elevator, but the view makes the climb worth it — you have a direct view of the Neckar River, which truly pays off. The neighborhood is very friendly; out of the 10 apartments in the building, residents of 5 are friends. There’s a Lidl right in front of the building, and public transportation is only a 3-minute walk away. It’s close to several parks, such as Luisenpark and Herzogenriedpark, and just a 5-minute walk to the city center.
