Suche Wohnung + Garten, Hunde erlaubt Gehen meine mit balkon

My flat is cozy and affordable but, as my dog is reaching 13 years soon, I need a garden and would like to exchange the flat. The area where I live is super nice, shops and restaurants nearby but yet very quiet. Many parks and Isar only 10min by bike. Kitchen in the flat is on sale and can stay in it if wanted. If you like the mountains, you are as close as you can get with train rides. I need a bigger flat with garden where I can move with my partner and our lovely dogs. He also has a flat to swap in Gräflefing. I Help me find a home with a garden so my doggo and I can spend the remaining time he has chilling on Sunday morning and playing fetch as much as possible.
