It's very well located with a shopping mall (Arcaden) a 5 minute walk away, an U-bahn station (Kalk Post) and the S-bahn (Trimbornstr.) are also super close. The flat will come partially furnished (full kitchen, washing machine) as well as some of the furniture can be taken over at a certain cost. It is a very well illuminated space with windows facing East and West, so you'll have both the morning and the afternoon soon.
The flat could also be used as a shared apartment, as both rooms have enough space to be a bedroom. There's a fault on the wall that the landlord is aware of, wanted to point it out for full transparency.
Located just off of Kalker Haupstr. the flat is not far from the U-Bahn Kalk Post (U1, U9) and the S-bahn Trimbornstr (S12, S19).
