A corporate executive in need of a 3 room for family

Looking for an apartment or building to host a foreign family of 5. 3 room apartment is enough since my family lives outside germany and comes to visit 3 times in a year with plans to relocate here later. Apartment should be clean, in good condition for heating, separate kitchen and bath with day light within and in quiet neighborhood. It should be accessible to bus and train station.
