Hello, I’m looking to swap my apartment in Hamburg with one in Berlin. The apartment is located in Sternschanze, one of the most popular and central neighborhoods in Hamburg. It’s situated at the back of the building, so it’s quiet and peaceful. There is a shared garden accessible from the property. A basement (keller) is also available. The apartment gets sunlight throughout the day — first in the living room and then in the bedroom, making it bright and cozy. I’m open to swapping with a similar apartment in Berlin.
