I’d like to exchange my beautiful 3-room, 100sqm apartment (no balcony) located in Ackerstraße Flingern-Nord with a 2-room, min 50sqm apartment with a balcony in Flingern-Nord, Pempelfort, Düsseltal, Unterbilk, Bilk. My budget is max 1000€ warm rent. I love Altbau charm, but it’s not a must😊
