Güstige 2,5Zimmr Wohbung little tokyo

This APT is located right at Immermannstraße. The rent is very cheap considering size and location of the apt. I would like to leave my kitchen and some furniture( negotiable) The only thing is this apt is not renovated. I am looking for an 2.5-3 rooms Apt that is renovated that is not that far from city center(e.g. Derendorf, Bilk, flingern Nordnor Pempelfort .etc) I will update pictures soon
