This charming, high-ceilinged apartment overlooks one of Bonn Altstadt's cherry-blossom-lined streets. Its double exposure makes it very luminous. It's ideal for one person or a couple. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and has a large bathtub.
To avoid the hassle of moving the kitchens, we are willing to swap them and are also selling the custom-made double bed with plenty of storage space underneath (see pictures). This comes in handy as there is no basement. However, the building features a closed bike storage space.
We are looking for a similarly sized apartment in Cologne, specifically in the Altstadt-Süd or Neustadt-Süd areas.
