Hey! I'm looking for a spacious apartment or house in Berlin Köpenick/Grünau/Friedrichshagen/Adlershof (but I'm open to other neighborhoods, too) with at least 5 rooms and a minimum size of 160 m². The total monthly rent (including utilities) should be no more than €2500.
In return, I'm offering my cozy flat in Friedrichshagenerstr. 1c, Treptow-Köpenick. It has 3 rooms and is 69 m² with a monthly rent (including utilities) of €987.
During winter the apartment is warm and in 5 years of living here, I have never received an extra bill to pay at the end of the year. During the summer, it's nice and cool. This is because the apartment is protected by other apartments around and has just the sweet spot.
The apartment is on a perfect location - right between S Kopenick and shopping center Forum, and the Altstadt with lovely old buildings, cafes, restaurants, rivers, a library...
Everything you can imagine is here: schools, Kitas, shops, Woolworth, Aldi, Rewe, Kaufland, Saturn, DHL, Hermes, DPD, all doctors, the hospital, restaurants, bakeries, biergarten, music school... and then so much nature in the same time! In Altstadt: old castle, big park, rivers... and during the warmer seasons, there are always outdoor happenings.
The apartment looks directly on the river and a park on one side, and on a street on the other side so, you have best of both worlds.
In case you're super hungry, Sushi and Burger City are literally next door.
We are sad to leave this place but we need a bigger one.
