Neu renovierte 36qm 1 Zi.-Whg. in ruhiger grüner Lage in Berlin Siemensstadt gegen 1 Zi.-Whg. in Potsdam. Ich habe ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis, keine Haustiere und bin Nichtraucherin. Anstelle von Parties findet bei mir höchstens ein Spieleabend statt. ;)
Zu meiner Wohnung:
Die Whg ist in einer ruhigen grünen Wohngegend gelegen. Zu fuß ist man in 10 minuten am U-Bhf Rohrdamm. Alternativ kann man auch den Bus dahin nehmen. Von dort aus sind es 4 U-Bahn-Stationen zur Ringbahn.
Der große Jungfernheidepark mit Badesee und Kletterwald ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Einen kleinen Tante Emma Laden gibt es 2 Minuten entfernt.
In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad am Tegeler See und man kann mit dem Rad vis zum Hauptbahnhof am Wasser entlangfahren.

I have permanent employment, no pets and I do not smoke. I do not host parties, the most your neighbors would hear from me is because I’m hosting a game night. ;)
About my apartment:
The apt is situated in a green and quiet neighborhood. You‘ll be at the Rohrdamm subway station in 10 minutes if you walk, short if you take the bus. From there it‘s 4 subway stations to reach the S41/S42.
The big Jungfernheidepark is across the street. There you can find a lake to swim in and a high rope course.
Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. A small grocery store is 2 minutes away.
By bike you can reach lake Tegel in 15 minutes or ride your bike to Berlin main station following the canal.
