Beautiful 2 rooms flat in Schoneberg

My flat is very bright, very quiet, has been renovated last year so everything is new. It's an old building with 4 meters ceilings so it looks bigger than it actual is! The windows are huge; it feels like a little balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine; a dishwasher; a big fridge and freezer. In the bedroom; the custom made 4m long wardrobe offers a lot of storage. The bathroom is pretty small but is cute :) I am looking to swap my apartment with a similar size (possible a bit smaller but minimum 40sqm) in Neukoln because I used to lived there and I miss my area
