Peaceful apartment in Reinickendorf, Berlin
The apartment is located in a peaceful residential area in Reinickendorf, Berlin. The S-Bahn station Eichborndamm is about 450 m away (approx. 6 minutes on foot), and several bus stops are also within easy walking distance. Supermarkets such as Lidl (approx. 400 m) and Edeka (approx. 450 m) are nearby and can be reached on foot.
The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen and a balcony, and it is located on the second floor. The warm rent is 645 euros; the contracts for electricity and gas must be concluded by the tenant, and currently the total monthly cost for electricity and gas is around 110 euros depending on the contract, so that the approximate warm rent is about 755 euros. The apartment can be rented either furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.[1]

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Reinickendorf, Berlin. Der S-Bahnhof Eichborndamm ist in etwa 450 m (ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß) erreichbar, außerdem befinden sich mehrere Bushaltestellen in bequemer Gehentfernung. Supermärkte wie Lidl (ca. 400 m) und Edeka (ca. 450 m) liegen in der Nähe und sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einer separaten Küche sowie einem Balkon und befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoss. Der Warmmiete beträgt 645 Euro; Strom- und Gasverträge müssen von der Mietpartei selbst abgeschlossen werden, derzeit liegen die monatlichen Kosten für Strom und Gas bei etwa 110 Euro je nach Vertrag, sodass sich eine ungefähre Warmmiete von rund 755 Euro ergibt. Die Wohnung kann je nach Wunsch entweder möbliert oder unmöbliert angemietet werden.
