Gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Holzboden und perfekter Lage.
Ganz in der Nähe der Ringbahn und nur 15 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn (M4) vom Alexanderplatz entfernt. Supermärkte, Post, Fitnessstudio und alles, was man braucht, sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung hat uns als Paar perfekt gedient, aber jetzt, wo wir zu dritt sind, brauchen wir etwas mehr Platz, sodass eine 3-4-Zimmer-Wohnung entweder in P.berg oder Fhain ideal wäre. Auch andere Stadtteile kommen in Frage, solange sie eine gute Anbindung an die Ringbahn bieten.

Cozy 2 room apartment with wooden floor and a perfect location.
Super close to the ringbahn and only 15 min to ALexanderplatz with the tram (M4). Supermarkets, post, gym and everything of need are within 5 minutes walking distance.
The apartment has served us perfectly as a couple, but now that we have turn three we need some more space so a 3-4 room apartment either in P.berg or Fhain would be ideal. Some other district are also an option as long as its offer a good connection with to the ringbahn.
