ich biete eine große Townhouse-Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Badezimmern und einem eingezäunten Garten zum Wohnungstausch an.
Eines der Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie einen privaten Balkon.
Die Zimmer sind jeweils ca. 30–47 m² groß. Außerdem gibt es eine moderne, neue Küche und ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen: Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich das Gäste-WC, die Küche, das Wohnzimmer sowie der Garten. Im Obergeschoss liegen die drei Schlafzimmer und das zweite Badezimmer.
Ich suche eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Nähe des S-Bahnhofs Schönhauser Allee.
Mit mir ziehen zwei zuverlässige und rücksichtsvolle Mitbewohner sowie meine kleine Hündin ein. Sie ist sehr ruhig, gut erzogen und an das Leben in einer Wohnung gewöhnt.

I’m offering my spacious townhouse apartment as part of a home swap. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private fenced backyard.
One of the bedrooms includes its own ensuite with both a shower and bathtub, as well as a private balcony.
The bedrooms range from approximately 30–47 m². The apartment also has a modern new kitchen and a large living room.
The home is spread across two floors. The ground floor includes the guest bathroom, kitchen, living room, and backyard. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and the second shared bathroom.
I’m looking to move into a 3-bedroom apartment close to Schönhauser Allee station.
Moving with me will be my two respectful and considerate housemates, along with my small dog. She is very calm, well-behaved, and used to apartment living.
