Die S-Bahn ist in der Nähe, aber nicht so nah, dass es störend wäre.

Was ich suche:
Ich hätte gerne eine 1 - 1,5 - max 2 Zimmer Wohnung, flexible aber möglichst in den Ringgebieten verbunden durch „vertikale“ oder „horizontale“ S-Bahnlinien : )

Very well kept and clean modern flat with Bosch machines in the kitchen and modern shower in the bathroom:

- spacious bedroom
- connecting side room
- balcony
- no structural maintenance work is needed
- fitted kitchen
Location:
- Close to S-Bahn Wollankstr. 3 minutes by foot
- Rewe + Denn's 2-3 minutes away by foot
The S-Bahn is nearby, but not so close that it's a nuisance.
Rent:
I currently pay a total of €1570 (only energy costs not here included)
What I look for:
