After 2 years I would like to leave my small studio in the heart of Eberswalder strasse, Danzinger Strasse and Kastanienallee.
30 meters square of pure cuteness and 2 windows.
The apartment is in the backyard building so free from noises of the Ubahn and trams, and it stays chilly during the hot summers.
One unique open space with kitchen and bedroom, there is also a separete bathroom and a small hallway.
Kitchen is included but I will take with my the furniture I have bought (Library, dining table, bedframe etc)
I bought the washing machine myself but I will decide what to do with it once I find a new place.
Very cosy and easy place to clean.
Rent is 660 euros, you need to pay yourself electricity and Wifi.
The landlord is a very good person.
