ich möchte aus meiner Dachgeschosswohnung ausziehen und in der Umgebung bleiben. Wichtig ist mir bei der neuen Wohnung, dass sie einen Balkon oder Garten/ Terasse hat. Aber ich bin flexibel. 3 Zimmer wären toll oder 4.
Zu meiner Wohnung:
Ich habe eine neue moderne Ringhult Küche eingebaut. Das Bild mit der Küche ist veraltet. Ich habe für 3.000€ den kompletten Boden in allen Räumen ausgetauscht gegen Eichenholzimitat. Außer das Badezimmer, hier ist der Boden mit schwarzen Steinfließen ausgelegt.

I would like to move out of my attic flat and stay in the area. It is important to me that the new flat has a balcony or garden/terrace. But I am flexible. Three or four rooms would be great.
About my flat:
I have installed a new, modern Ringhult kitchen. The picture of the kitchen is out of date. I have replaced the entire floor in all rooms with imitation oak for €3,000. Except for the bathroom, where the floor is covered with black stone tiles.
