Wanting to swap my beautiful apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. The neighborhood is amazing with many restaurants, cafes, and shops. It is always quiet with very friendly neighbors. You are located 5 mins from Prenzlauer Allee and the M10 Husemannstr. The apartment has one big room, a separate bathroom, separate kitchen, and balcony. It is hard to give up this apartment but I am looking for something in Friedrichshain closer to where my partner lives.
