I’m offering my 2-room, 67 m² Altbau flat just around the corner from Helmholtzplatz in Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is in the Hinterhof on the ground floor, facing east with large windows that bring in beautiful morning sunlight until noon.
It really feels like a little oasis, away from the busy streets of the neighbourhood. Also with perfect public transport connection of Ringbahn, S8, S85(directly to the airport now), M2, M10 and U2 is 10 mins walking away.
I am looking to swap for
A 2-rooms Altbau flat that could be smaller and more affordable, in the southern parts of Berlin (Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Schöneberg, Treptow, Tempelhof, Mariendorf). I am not too strict about location though, so I would be happy to hear about other options. I can even consider a location a bit outside the Ring and close to the nature.
