Sunny appartment with balcony

We are having a baby and would need s bigger flat. Our appartment is located in beautiful area in Neukoln near many parcs such as kornerpark and Templehof. Its on the 4th floor. Has a full kitchen. The bedroom is seperated with sliding doors. You can find a balcony going from the living room to bedroom. We have sun from sunrise to around 1pm. Our cold rent is 800euros +200eur for gas/electricity/internet. We look for a larger appartment with minimum 3 rooms up to 4. Our price range is 1200-1800euros.
