We have a 2 room apartment on the top floor in Neukölln, next to Körnerpark. It is renovated 2 years ago and we are the first tenant. There is a balcony and also access to the roof through the living room. We are looking for a bigger apartment, at least 3 rooms. Location should be in Kreuzberg, Neukölln or Friedrichshain.
