Es gibt eine Küche, um sich einen Kaffee oder einen guten Snack zu zaubern und eine große Terrasse, um den Kaffee dort zu genießen oder mit den Nachbarn zu plauschen. Außerdem ein großer gemeinschaftlicher Vorhof und ein Garten der mit allen geteilt wird.

Diese Gegend ist einzigartig: nur wenige Gehminuten von grünen Parks sowie dem "Tempelhofer Feld" entfernt. Es gibt viele leckere Restaurants, coole Bars und gute Clubs in jeder Preisklasse in der Nähe, aber immer noch ziemlich gut, um sich auszuruhen.
Spätis und Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso die U-Bahn U7 und U8, um in die restliche City zu gelangen.
